Welcome to my webpage!
My name is Jill Vierthaler and I am enjoying my 19th year of teaching. The last 13 of these have been spent at Spearville Elementary. I am beginning my 5th year of teaching kindergarten and I love it! The children are so excited and anxious to learn. We also have fun!
My husband, Greg, and I have been married for 26 years. We have two daughters, Alicia and Rachele. Alicia got married this past July and is enjoying her first year of teaching Math at Shawnee Heights Middle School. She and her husband, Zach, have a new dog. Rachele is a senior at KU and loves to travel. She spent the month of June in Costa Rica living with a host family and taking Spanish at the University of San Jose. Greg and I enjoy watching sporting events, especially KU basketball! Rock Chalk Jayhawk! We also enjoy spending time with our daughters, family and friends.
