SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 8, 2009
10:05 P.M.
The Special Meeting was called to order at 10:05 p.m. by President Charles Konrade.
Board members present were Charles Konrade, Tena Gleason, Myron Ricke, Kimberly Slattery, Dawn Hayes-Benish, Earl Shafer and Beverly Temaat. Also present were Superintendent Little, Principal Hartzler, Clerk Konrade and one patron.
Tena Gleason moved to approve the waiver of notification of a Special Meeting. Kimberly Slattery seconded the motion. Motion carried 7-0.
It was the consensus of the board to table all items on the agenda and hold a Special Meeting June 23, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. to officially close out the fiscal year.
Dawn Hayes-Benish moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:15 p.m. Tena Gleason seconded the motion. Motion carried 7-0.
