Hello!! My name is Amy Dykes and I recently became the Elementary School Secretary. I am very excited about becoming part os the Spearville Elementary School staff.
My family and I are from Glendale, Arizona. We have lived in Dodge City for 5 years. My husband, Kevin, is the manager for Fed-Ex ground here in Southwest Kansas.Fed-Ex transferred us to Dodge City and we love living here. Coming from a big city, we truly appreciate stress free living that a small town has to offers, along with a close knit community. We have four children, Chris Lopez, 24, Lindsay Lopez, 19, Nick Lopez, 17, and Jenna Dykes 7. Jenna is a 1st grader here at Spearville Elementary. Our most recent blessing, is our beautiful grandson Adam Michael, who was born July 11, 2006.
I was previously the Director-Case Corrdinator for CASA, Children Worth Saving, Inc. In Dodge City. While living in Arizona I was employed by United Parcel Service for 18 years.
I love baseball, Go Arizona Diamondbacks!!! I am actively involved in my church and I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, playing Bingo, Bunko and Scrabble!!
