Parent/Teacher Conference Scheduling Instructions and Tutorial

In order to schedule a Parent/Teacher Conference, please visit our Parent Teacher Conferences tab located at the top right hand side of our website.
Below are step by step instructions, as well as a tutorial for your convenience.
*MS/HS Parents: You will begin with a student led conference that you should have already scheduled with your child's Lancer Kind teacher. You are more than welcome to schedule a time to meet with any other teachers you feel you need to meet with as well.
Step By Step Instructions:
1. Select the Parent Teacher Conferences Tab at the top (If using a mobile device, select the 3 lines on the top right hand side of the screen for the tabs to become visible.)
2. Sign in (if you have never signed up on our website before, you will have to do that first) This is NOT related to PowerSchool nor the mobile app. You MUST sign in on the website under the Conference Tab which gives you access to the conference schedules.
3. Choose your conference date
4. Place a check mark next to the names of the teacher(s) you are wanting to schedule conferences with
5. Enter students names in the space provided (located below the list of teachers)
6. Select Continue
7. Select the box next to the time you would like to secure.
8. Select Update at the bottom of the screen.
9. The time frames you selected should now be green in color. Once this happens, you know your time slot is reserved.
